hi! i'm nicole.
I’m Nicole Batiste, a marketing and operations leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic community building, operational excellence, and thoughtful storytelling. My career has spanned corporate marketing, health tech, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.
I once owned an event planning company that specialized in creating unforgettable experiences for guests, and I continue to plan events in my free time. I also stay actively involved in my community by volunteering with my children’s school and serving as a Girl Scout troop leader for my daughter.
Hosting has always been one of my greatest joys. I love creating delightful moments for my friends and family, whether it’s an intimate gathering or a larger celebration. Building environments where people feel welcome, connected, and cared for is something I truly love.
Beyond my professional background, I am a mom of two and a longtime advocate for creating spaces where families and communities thrive. Nest & Nook is the natural extension of my personal journey and professional expertise, rooted in the belief that when caregivers are supported, entire communities flourish.
